On the 27th of the holy month of Ramadan, the Massoud Foundation Australia in partnership with Settlement Services International – SSI the largest humanitarian settlement services in Australia, hosted an Iftar dinner for the newly arrived refugees from Afghanistan who were still residing in temporary accommodations at the hotels.
The event afforded a great informal opportunity for the newly arrived refugees to connect with existing support services such as STARTTS, SydWest Multicultural Services, and some members of our community in Sydney.
