On the 19th Aug 2019 the Massoud Foundation Australia’s executive members attended the 100th Anniversary of Afghanistan’s Reclamation of Independence alongside the 50th Anniversary of Afghan-Australian diplomatic relations in Sydney at the NSW Parliament hosted by the Afghanistan Embassy in Australia. The Afghanistan-Australia relations were established on 30th March 1969. Australia has been home to thousands of Afghan Australians and supported Afghanistan in the fields of security, education, rebuilding, and humanitarian assistance.
